Lauren joined the Integrative Behavioral Health team in 2022, bringing many years of healthcare management, patient care and customer service experience. As the Operations Manager, her job is to oversee practice operations while providing overall leadership and coordination of all aspects of Integrative Behavioral Health & Healing, with the objective to ensure that the delivery of patient care and practice operations are consistent with healing, transformation, and collaborative care. Lauren’s leadership approach is based upon the foundation of support, innovation, collaboration and motivation.
Alongside dedicated providers and an outstanding office staff, Lauren seeks to ensure that each patient knows they are taken care of with the highest level of compassionate care. She is focused on increasing patient and provider satisfaction by driving continuous growth in productivity, efficiency, revenue and patient-centered care. Lauren has a passion for customer service, patient care, and the mental health industry. She is thrilled to experience that same passion at Integrative Behavioral Health, where the work is not just about helping to navigate barriers, but about helping to improve lives and communities.
Lauren received a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in research from William Peace University, graduating with cum laude honors. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University.
