As we transition to our new electronic health records system, Charm EHR, we will soon stop using Doxy Waiting Room links. Moving forward, all telehealth visits will take place through Zoom, and you’ll receive a secure link before each appointment. If you are registered with our new portal you can also access your appointment there. This change will make it even easier to access your records and receive care.

If you did not receive your link for an upcoming appointment, please call our office at 984-288-0880 and we’ll resend it right away.
