Integrative holistic care supports a partnership between the patient/family and provider in the healing process. The factors that influence health, wellness, and disease management- the mind, body, spirit, and community of an individual- are taken into consideration when designing your treatment. We use a combination of approaches including conventional, complimentary, and integrative strategies to facilitate (your) body’s innate healing response. These interventions such as; mindfulness meditation and contemplative meditation, stress management, yoga, diet, and exercise, are natural and less invasive healing practices and support the healing process while maintaining your highest level of functioning.
