Kimberly joined Integrative Behavioral Health and Healing Practice as a Patient Coordinator Team Lead in April 2025. She brings over 15 years of administrative leadership, healthcare operations, and customer service experience in both public and private sectors. Her background in supervising teams, maintaining a high standard of patient-centered service, and supporting high-volume office environments directly supports her role in leading the Patient Coordinator team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Kimberly has a friendly presence and excels in team coordination, patient communication, and process improvement. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She seeks to continue fostering a welcoming and efficient environment where both patients and staff feel supported, heard, and cared for.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, shopping, and hanging out with friends. She is also a diehard Baltimore Ravens fan.
