Make a secure payment with Xpress-Pay
In our efforts to simplify our process, we are updating our payment methods. We are now offering a secure payment method through First Citizens Bank and Xpress-Pay. Each patient will have their own Xpress-Pay username and password that will make the patient process much easier and more efficient.
Setting up your Xpress-Pay account:
You can set up your Xpress-Pay account by clicking the link below and following these steps:
- You will be asked to provide your: Full name, Patient account number (from your Charm account), Date of Birth and the amount of your payment. Click 'Next'
- You will then be taken to a summary of the information previously entered so that you can review it prior to completing the transaction. If all the information is correct, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- At this point you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card information, address and email address.
- Click the box next to 'I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions'
- Click the box next to 'Remember me with an Xpress-Pay account' (this will help process payments with ease in the future and allow our staff to process copays, deductibles, coinsurance within 24 hours of time of service)
- After clicking both boxes you will be asked to create a secure password.
- You will then click ‘Pay’ to pay the amount previously entered. You should then see a printable receipt and receive a receipt in your email.
